Dry-Dock Supervision & Management
Your representative at the yard — from first steel to final account.
A shipyard’s interests and a shipowner’s interests are not the same. Without experienced on-site supervision, scope creep goes unchallenged, quality standards slip, and the final invoice bears little resemblance to the original quotation.
We represent you — and only you — throughout the entire drydock process. We have sat on both sides of the drydock table. That experience is what makes the difference when a yard tells you the work wasn’t in scope.
HOW WE WORK
Specification & Tendering
We develop the repair specification and repair list, and support yard selection and tender evaluation on your behalf.
